In-Form LAFC Backed to Beat Guadalajara

The Leagues Cup continues on Thursday morning, when Los Angeles FC host Guadalajara. LAFC have been unbeaten for an extended stretch and are winning at a strong rate, while Guadalajara's recent form has been inconsistent, so the home side are favored to take this one.

Guadalajara, by contrast, have not been convincing recently. Across their last six matches in all competitions, they have managed only one win, along with three draws and two defeats, underlining a clear lack of cutting edge when it comes to turning performances into victories.

Their attacking struggles have been a persistent issue. In those last six matches, they have scored more than once in only one game, and they were also held scoreless twice. Unless they address those problems quickly, the outlook remains unpromising. On top of that, Guadalajara have found wins hard to come by away from home in recent matches across all competitions, which does little to inspire confidence ahead of this tough trip to LAFC.
