Gangwon FC welcome Bucheon FC after a 1-2 away defeat to Anyang FC in their last outing. They conceded twice in the first half, and later saw a goal and a possible penalty overturned after VAR intervention. Gangwon may feel luck was against them, with their only goal arriving in stoppage time of the second half.

Gangwon regain Tusi after suspension, although Hong Chul remains unavailable.

Bucheon FC drew 1-1 away to Incheon United in their previous league match. Han Ji-ho, who came off the bench, was sent off after receiving two yellow cards and is suspended for this game. Bucheon are now without a win in their last five league matches and their recent form remains poor.

Bucheon will also be without Ahn Tae-hyun and Han Ji-ho through suspension, while injuries rule out Kim Kyu-min and Takahashi Ikki. They could therefore be missing as many as four players for this match. On top of that, Bucheon still have a cup game to play before this fixture, which may further affect their fitness levels.

With Tusi back available, Gangwon are expected to have enough to handle Bucheon at home. The first meeting between the two sides this season ended in a 0-0 draw.
