PAOK Thessaloniki will host Dynamo Kyiv in the second leg of their Europa League second-round tie early on Friday. After gaining the upper hand in the first leg and returning home for this match, PAOK look well placed to win again and advance.

PAOK have been in solid form, winning four of their last five matches in all competitions. They have scored at least twice in each of those games, showing reliable attacking firepower. In the first leg away to Dynamo Kyiv, their attack again showed its variety, with Giannis Konstantelias, Christos Zafeiris and Batista Santa Maria all getting on the scoresheet to give the team the advantage. Back on home soil, PAOK will be confident of delivering another strong result.

Dynamo Kyiv needed a penalty shootout to edge through the first round after drawing 0-0 on aggregate with Universitatea Cluj across two legs in normal time. In the first leg of the second round, they made an ideal start by scoring after just two minutes at home, only to concede three straight goals. Although Ronvejcik pulled one back in the second half, he could not prevent defeat. With no wins in normal time from their last three competitive matches, Dynamo Kyiv have shown a lack of momentum, and facing an away trip in poor form leaves them up against it here.
